Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic admission form for programs for the 2024/2025 academic session is now available through the official Akwa Poly online application portal.
This is to inform all candidates that the process of registering candidates for 2024/2025 admission screening exercise has commenced in Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic, Ikot Osurua.
The registration guidelines, admission requirements, Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic registration deadline, and the procedures on how to apply for the Akwa Poly admission form 2024/2025 are stated below.
Akwa Poly Admission Requirements
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
To qualify for the screening exercise, candidates must have chosen Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic, Ikot Osurua as their FIRST OR SECOND CHOICE candidates must have scored at least 120 in the 2024 UTME.
All applications will be considered based on results equivalents and requirements as provided by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) as well as the Abdu Gusau Poly admission criteria.
All prospective students are advised to follow the guidelines governing the admission process and seek any required clarifications. Any applicant who fails to take part in the screening exercise will not be considered for admission.

How to Apply for Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic Post UTME Form 2024/2025
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
CANDIDATES SHOULD VISIT THE SCHOOL WEBSITE: www.akwaibompoly.edu.ng clicks the online application, and then generate an invoice (RRR number) with the following details: (i)JAMB Reg. Number (ii) Phone Number (iii) Name
The candidate should visit any commercial bank in Nigeria to purchase an electronic application pin of N2,000 (inclusive of bank and charges) for the screening fees. Candidates must upload their WAEC result to JAMB via JAMB’s portal and the Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic’s portal, respectively.
Using the pin, visit www.akwaibompoly.edu.ng to fill out and submit the application form. Download and print the acknowledgment slip as evidence of registration.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR THE SCREENING EXERCISE
Candidates should upload the following documents to the Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic portal:
1. Photocopies of JAMB slip showing their photographs
2. JAMB online result
3. Other Credentials
4. Valid scratch card pin for verification of WACE and, or NECO result(s).
N/B: The 2024/2025 UTME screening exercise shall be in a dedicated calibrated format. The result of the screening exercise shall be published accordingly.
