The admissions list can be accessed via the JAMB admissions portal or the school portal. To check the Admissions List for Auchi Polytechnic 2024/2025, follow the steps below:
JAMB CAPS:
- Visit jamb.org.ng/efacility.
- To access the list, log in to your Jamb account with your username and password.
- On the home page, scroll down and click Check admission status.
- Select your exam year and enter your JAMB registration number in the required fields.
- Finally, to access admission status, click “Check Admission status”.
- If you see Congratulations! or Not admitted or Admission is in progress, check again later.

- Visit the Auchi Poly admissions portal at auchipoly-online.com/admissionlistcriterialisting.php
- Enter your course program
- Choose your department and your course
- Click Check Admission List
- If you have been offered admission, your access data will be displayed.
NOTE: If the admission status reads “Not Admitted,” don’t freak out or give up you can still get admitted.
If your admission status reads “Admission in Progress”, be patience and try again later. Keep trying; don’t give up yet! The next set of names will be released immediately after each batch is submitted. Simply return a few days or weeks later, and your registration information will be available on the site.
If the admission status reads ”Congratulations”! This means that you have been offered admission kindly accept the offer if you are interested or reject the admission if you are not interested.

- If your name appears on the Auchi Poly Admission 2024/2025 list, check with your admission officer to find out if you qualified. If you do, proceed to accept the online admission offer and pay the acceptance fee as directed.
- Register for your courses, then print two (2) copies of the application form and mail it to a member of your school’s staff. Please note that your admission will be forfeited if you do not submit your registration within two (2) weeks.
- The registration process and administration fee are mandatory requirements for all accepted students. All new and returning students must sign into the student portal, print the Tertiary Institution Social Health Insurance Program (Print Form), fill it out, and then give it to the Auchi Poly Cottage Hospital.
- Note that Auchi Poly MIS will never charge applicants or students for registration, processing of results, admission error rectification, or admission, and won’t ask you to call any employees.
