Edo State University Postgraduate School Fees 2024/2025

The school administration has announced the postgraduate tuition costs for new, full-time, and part-time students at Edo State University for the 2024/2025 academic session. All postgraduate programs offered by Edo University are subjected to the same tuition costs.

It is hereby advised to all prospective PG students who have successfully completed their first degree and desire a postgraduate certification to review the Edo State University Postgraduate School fee schedule before making a payment.

The fee schedule for new students only for the academic year 2024/2025 is listed in the table below for the Edo State University Postgraduate School. The lodging fee, ICT fee, and library fee are not included in the fees listed below.

Prospective PG students at Edo State University are thus advised to read this entire page in order to obtain all crucial information required for the timely payment of their fees.

According to the EDSU Postgraduate School, failing to pay the fees by the due date could prevent the student from being seated for their respective exams and can also be subjected to an additional fee.

Edo State University Postgraduate School Fees Schedule For New Students 2024/2025

All newly admitted graduate students at the Edo State University Postgraduate School are encouraged to pay their tuition early to the approved banks for the academic year 2024/2025.

Edo University Postgraduate School Fees For All Courses 2024/2025

  1. Application fee: N20,000.00 (Twenty thousand Naira) only.
  2. Acceptance fee: N50,000.00 (Fifty thousand Naira) only.

Tuition fees:

  1. Postgraduate Diploma: N150,000.00 per session
  2. Master’s Degree (Medical and Science): N250,000.00 per session
  3. Master’s Degree (Arts, Management, and Social Sciences): N220,000.00 per session
  4. Doctor of Philosophy Degree (Ph.D.): N250,000.00 per session

Oral Examinations:

  1. Postgraduate Diploma: N50,000.00
  2. Master and Doctorate Degrees: N100,000.00

Note: Only new PG students are eligible to read this information. Please be advised that there are additional charges due at registration. Be careful not to give money to anyone who asks for it and poses as an employee or representative of Edo University. You take full responsibility for any actions you take.

Also, keep in mind that Edo University’s postgraduate tuition fees, which apply to both new and returning students, are subject to change whenever the institution’s administration deems it necessary. The university’s administration has the full authority to change the postgraduate tuition fee as needed.
