2. They must visit the JAMB website to alter their institution to FUTO and course to Medicine & Surgery solely on JAMB CAPS by May 10th, 2022, if they did not select FUTO as their top choice of universities but still received a minimum score of 220.
3. In addition to having at least five (5) O’Level credit passes in Mathematics, English Language, Chemistry, Physics, and Biology in one sitting, the UTME subject combination of English Language, Chemistry, Biology, and Physics is acceptable.
How to Apply for FUTO Medicine and Surgery Degree Admission Form
The processing cost for eligible candidates is merely two thousand naira (N2,000.00).
Follow the procedures listed below to register:
- Visit the university’s website at www.futo.edu.ng.
- Go to the ‘Prospective Student’ link.
- The “College of Medicine and Health Sciences Application” link should be selected.
- To create a payment invoice that contains the Remita Retrieval Reference Number (RRR), enter your JAMB registration number.
- Proceed to any bank and provide the payment invoice, OR just use your ATM card to make the payment.
- Enter your JAMB Registration number once more and go back to the Application page.
- Continue filling out the form.
- Enter your O’Level results information and grades accurately.
- Verify your entries.
- Submit your application, then print your acknowledgement.
- Await more information from the university.
