The management of Kogi State Polytechnic wishes to announce that its full-time and part-time HND admission form for the 2024/2025 academic session is out and on sale.
The Polytechnic encourages all interested and qualified candidates to apply to study the wide array of courses in Applied Sciences, Art Design and Printing, Engineering Technology, Environmental Technology, and Management Studies.
The form can be accessed online through the school’s portal, with an application and screening fee totaling Fifteen Thousand Naira (N15,000) only.
Kogi State Polytechnic Courses Programmes and Requirements
School of Applied Sciences
- National Diploma in the respective field, a minimum CGPA of 2.50, and five O/Level credits in no more than two sittings, including English, Mathematics, and other subject-specific courses.
- A one-year compulsory Industrial training is required (or two years for a pass in ND result). Candidates must process and submit their academic transcripts.
School of Art Design and Printing
- Entry requirements for these programs include a National Diploma in Fine Arts, a minimum CGPA of 2.50, five O/Level credits in no more than two sittings, and other subject-specific courses.
- A one-year compulsory Industrial training is required (or two years for a pass in ND result). Candidates must process and submit their academic transcripts.
School of Engineering Technology
- Entry requirements for this program include a National Diploma in Mineral Resources Engineering, a minimum CGPA of 2.50, and five O/Level credits in no more than two sittings, including English, Mathematics, Chemistry, and other subject-specific courses.
- A one-year compulsory Industrial training is required (or two years for a pass in ND result). Candidates must process and submit their academic transcripts.
School of Environmental Technology
- Entry requirements for this program include a National Diploma in Urban and Regional Planning, a minimum CGPA of 2.50, and five O/Level credits in no more than two sittings, including English, Mathematics, Geography, and other subject-specific courses.

School of Management Studies

- Interested and qualified candidates can access the application form through the school portal at https://portal.kogistatepolytechnic.edu.ng.
- Applicants are required to generate two different Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) numbers for the admission form and the screening fee respectively.
