LASU Transcript Application and Document Verification Guidelines

All Lagos State University (LASU) alumni are hereby duly notified that they can now submit an online request for the collection of their transcripts.

It is of great interest to know that as a result of the online transcript application, LASU graduates are being relieved of the hassle of having to travel to the campus or to the administration to collect their transcripts.

Explicit guidelines for the application and verification of transcript documents have been provided below please kindly follow the guidelines and instructions provided to pay, request, and obtain the LASU Transcript

Also, Applicants are required to make payment, provide details and generate a transcript by visiting https://community.lidc.lasu.edu.ng/records/

Applicants can also apply for their transcripts by:

1. Visiting the LASU Transcript Application and Document Verification portal page via the following link; https://lasu.edu.ng/transcript_application/apply/welcome.php
2. Click on the Request for Transcript button or Document Verification,
3. Fill in the required information and Submit.

LASU Transcript Online Application Eligibility

• For applicants to be allowed to generate a copy of their transcript they must be certified by the online graduating students’ clearance platform graduates.
• In order to access the platform, students/applicants must first provide valid matriculation numbers and choose the program category (Full time, External System, and applicant’s year of admission).

Additional Information

Graduates of the University will now be able to self-generate their notification of results online. Among other advantages, this will prevent delays in mobilized students’ arrival at the NYSC orientation camps.

The University’s Exams and Records Division and the Directorate of Information and Communication Technology have collaborated to create a one-stop application center that enables people who need documents to apply, track their status online, and receive their documents at specified locations in real-time.

The University’s undergraduate, sub-degree students, as well as graduates of the first degree and sub-degree programs, can get the academic documents they need from the Registry’s Examinations and Records Division.

Since paper applications are no longer accepted, all requests for the Division’s LASU Transcript and Document Verification will now be submitted and paid for via the Examinations and Records Academic Document Application Portal.

• Note That Courier Options Attracts Extra Fees Which Vary Base On the Location it is Been Delivered to.

NOTE: 

• Only academic institutions, professional organizations, scholarship boards, or embassies are permitted to receive transcripts for academic purposes.
• The University disapproves of the use of unauthorized courier services for processing transcripts.
• The University Management has only approved Universal Parcel Service (UPS) as a courier service, and payment is made online together with your transcript fee.
• The Candidate bears the risk of using any other courier service for the application.
• Payment for the processing of transcripts is prohibited, and anyone who pays cash to anyone for the processing of transcripts does so at their own risk.
