UNILAG Sandwich Degree Admission Form 2024
The University of Lagos through the Institute of Continuing Education and in collaboration with the Faculty of Education (Sandwich) is pleased to inform the general public and most especially prospective students that the sales of application forms for admission into the following B.ED; B.A.ED and B.Sc.ED degree programs have commenced. Qualified and interested candidates are by this announcement encouraged to purchase the form and apply for admission.
Candidates who wish to purchase this form are required to visit the admissions office and generate a remita number, take the remita to the bank and pay the sum of Eleven thousand five hundred naira (N11,500). Candidates are required to take the following items with them for registration:-
- Waec Certificate
- Birth Certificate
- A passport photograph
- If you have NCE Result/certificate, all the better!
Eligibility Requirements
- Candidates with five (5) ‘O’Level credits in relevant subjects including English Language and Mathematics at not more than two sittings are eligible to apply.
- Students who were withdrawn from full-time programs either due to absenteeism or on a GPA of less than 1.00 for three (3) consecutive semesters could be considered to continue on the Sandwich program as direct entry students. This category of students must fulfill basic entry requirements and must be at least 200 level students at the time of withdrawal.

How To Apply For UNILAG Sandwich Admission Form 2024/2025
Please note:
- The application is in two stages: JAMB and ICE (Sandwich) UNILAG
- There will be no UTME examination for the Institute of Continuing Education (ICE) UNILAG candidates.
Stage 1:
- Log on to the JAMB CAP website and register.
- Pay a sum of N3,500 to enable you to obtain a JAMB registration number
Stage 2:
- Log on to the UNILAG application portal http://applications.unilag.edu.ng
- Click “Start Fresh Application”
- Select ICE (Sandwich) as the application type, then provide your Surname, First Name, Middle Name, JAMB Registration Number, Mobile Phone Number, and E-mail Address.
- Click the “Pay Now” to pay online the processing fee of N11,500 (Eleven Thousand Five Hundred Naira only OR Print the payment advice with Remita Number to make payment at any Bank within the University of Lagos.
- Return to the application portal (http://applications.unilag.edu.ng) after payment, click “continue application” and enter your payment reference number and your surname in lowercase as a password.
- Complete all required details and upload the necessary documents.
- Complete the application form, submit it online, and print two copies. (Candidates can save their application form for later editing)
Submission of Application Forms and Entrance Examinations
All completed application forms should be submitted online and a hard copy of the completed forms in color print should be submitted to the Sandwich Office, Faculty of Education. Candidates will be required to sit for an entrance examination.
Note:
- Candidates are expected to arrive at the examination hall with the color print of their Application Form.
- Provisional Admission Letters would be ready for collection two weeks after the entrance examination.
