An acceptance fee is an amount payable by a newly admitted student to indicate that they accept the admission offered. This fee is to be paid immediately after a candidate has confirmed that they have been admitted by the university. In the case of Akwa Ibom State University, the acceptance fee is a flat rate, what this means is that indigenes of Akwa Ibom State pay the same amount as non-indigenes.

  1. Visit the college portal; http://www.portal.aksu.edu.ng
  2. Click the “Register Now” button.
  3. Click “Admission”.
  4. Then select “Bio Data”.
  5. Enter your JAMB Registration Number and click “Verify”.
  6. Click the “Click to make payment link” on the right side of the page
  7. Print the pre-analysis slip and take the slip to the Bank.’
  8. Ensure that all payments are made through the e-transact platform.

Bio Data Registration:

  1. After payment, Repeat the steps above
  2. Then click the “>” sign on the right end of your screen.
  3. Fill out the Bio data form to obtain an access code which will be used throughout the duration of your study,  Kindly note it down.
